What
to expect from a sponsorship investment :
Pre-event
- As part of the research process for the forum, you will
be included in the fine tuning of the topics to ensure your
objectives are met
- Branding - Your logo and company profile will appear on
the forum web site with a hot link to your home page.
- A complete list of 'Customers' will be provided well in
advance of the meeting in order for you to plan effectively,
although you will be able to view the companies that register
for the event on the forum site.
At the Forum:
- Branding - The Focus group will provide all the branding
material for the day highlighting you as a 'major player'
at the event. This will also be included on-line with all
the meeting information
- One to one meetings - the Focus Group will work closely
with you running up to the forum in order to secure one to
one meetings with your chosen delegates.
- The forum - You will be able to send a number of your senior
people along to take part in the forum discussions in order
to add value to the solutions you can provide and learn first
hand the issues of most concern.
- Networking - As a sponsors you will be included in all the
functions that take place to increase your networking time
Post Forum:
- You will receive a copy of the evaluation report produced
by The Focus Group including feedback from all the Directors
who attended the meeting. This will include their future direction
as a direct result of the forum in order for you to determine
how your company may fit in with their plans - all information
is posted on-line and will be pass word protected.
- You will receive an up to date customer list with email
addresses in order to make your own follow-up.
