We carry out substantial amounts of qualitative market research in a structured and professional manner, integrating in-depth individual interviews with email surveys and discussion groups to ensure we are constantly abreast of the needs and wants of industry.

The Format:

All of our forums are held over one day with presentations and discussion sessions to draw out the key components from each presentation in order to stimulate high-level discussions. These discussion sessions are led by independent facilitators using tools and techniques to enable the discussions to stay focused and allow for tangible outcomes. These are then summarised at the forum and posted on-line together with all the presentations directly after the event.
